Terms and Conditions

Libelle Group New Zealand Limited (“Libelle”) provides nutritious food to NZ school students through Champion Tuck Shops. TXT My Lunch and Fruit for Learning, support this provision.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing. By purchasing from Libelle Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which apply to both the original purchaser and any meal ticket holder.

General Terms and Conditions

Each meal ticket can only be redeemed once.

The meal ticket is your sole responsibility. Libelle is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen meal tickets.

A meal ticket cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions, unless otherwise specified by Libelle.

The reproduction, sale or trade of any meal ticket is prohibited unless expressly authorised by Libelle.

Refunds, expiry and replacements

Meal Tickets expire three months from date of purchase or at the end of the school year, whichever is the sooner.

Meal tickets are redeemable in their entirety only for combos, not for part or cash and no change is given if items chosen in redemption are less than meal ticket value.

Libelle will only offer a refund or exchange of a meal ticket if a student is excluded, rescheduled or significantly relocated from a Champion Tuck Shop school. You must apply for a refund within three months from date of purchase by emailing txtmylunch@libelle.co.nz.

Libelle will only replace lost meal tickets, if the authenticity of the loss and meal ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, and if you give reasonable notice before expiry.

Authenticity and validity of meal tickets

Redemption may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a meal ticket is questionable, including because the ticket has been altered, damaged or defaced in any way.

Meal tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Libelle, be resold or offered for resale or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a meal ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the meal ticket may be cancelled without a refund.

Any attempted redemption not consistent with these Terms will render the meal ticket null and void.

Errors

While Libelle takes all reasonable care to ensure that meal tickets are correctly managed, sometimes errors may occur. Libelle may cancel an order made as a result of any such error, although Libelle will endeavour to contact you to fix any error.

Variation to Terms and Conditions

Libelle Group may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. Any variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after these Terms and Conditions have been updated.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
